healthy tofu stir fry....

hi friends...
i am here today with a different post....
thats my tofu stir fry...
tried this long bak  but enjoyed this,so wana share with u guys...

see how yummy it is....
try this easy n healthy recipe....

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup firm tofu (cut into cubes)
1 cup mixed veggies (i used tri color bell peppers,tomato,potato,carrot n green peas)
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
1/4 tsp red chilli paste(u can try pepper powder too)
1/4 tsp salt
METHOD
heat a wok n add olive oil
add ginger garlic paste
add red chilli paste n fry
TIP add lil water so tht the pastes doesnt stick to the pan
add tofu n fry for a minute or so and add salt so tht tofu gets enough salt
add all veggies and stir fry for a minute or so
garnish how evr u want
you are ready with your yummy tofu stir fry...
TIP you can add leftover veggies at home

try n enjoy...
